The Petal Soft Story...
Petal Soft was a home based business created by a local lady in our small village. We
had been buying the petals for our inn and to sell in our gift shop for a number of years.
Our guests commented on them as we put them in our guest room bathrooms and
also sell them in our gift shop/ Guests raved about them because they were so unique
and special.
We even encouraged her to show and sell her products at an industry convention,
which she did with great success. Eventually, she opted to discontinue making the
petals. We then asked her to teach us the technique to make these unique, lovely
petals so we could continue to provide them to our guests, as shower/bridal favors and
offer them in our gift shop.
Each petal is individually hand crafted and finished. We offer petals in 4 different
fragrances, Garden Rose, Rice flower & Shea Butter, Lavender, and Verbena.
Additionally, petals can be purchased loose (100 minimum), in larger organza bags (48
per bag) or in small organza bags (6 per bag) with custom tags for bridal/baby shower
favors.
We have owned the Colby Hill Inn here in Henniker, New Hampshire for 7 years and
enjoy making New England our home and welcoming guests from around the world to
our inn. Our Petal Soft venture is great fun and we hope you enjoy these special petals.
